Hi there! I have mailed my package three to Montreal, but I am wondering if package 4 comes by DHL or by regular mail. I am concerned because Canada Post has just gone on strike... so I am really hoping it comes DHL.

If for some reason there is a delay.. can I call DOS to book the interview?

Thanks!

I got mine regular mail, I don't know if they've made any changes in light of the strike.

That said, you're allowed to book the interview as soon as DOS gives confirmation that P4 has been sent. I'd booked a week before I got the physical P4.

DOS does not book interviews.

You must book your interview online with the provided webpages on the US Consul Montreal website.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

I have read that some people get email confirmation of package 4, that might be hopeful for you. I understand that you do need the Packet 4 letter, when I called to book my medical she said to bring it. You may have a bit of time to spare...as of this morning Montreal still states there are no available appointments...frustrating for people! When I last checked they were booking at the end of September. Keep your hopes up, your turn will soon be here!
