just wanna ask from you guys esp to those who had thier CRBA interview.What are the possible questions the consul may ask from the parent and from the child?thank you

It's more about documentation and proof the child is in fact the bio child of the US citizen.

during my interview this is the cosul asked me:

1. What is the name of your fiance?

2. Where does he live?

3. Where did he was born?

4. Where did u first met?

5. When did u met met in person?

6. Does he work?

7. MY birthday

8. Child's birthday

9. Last time we talked with my ex-husband (applies to me cause i got annuled)

10. How long does he lives in the US

11. Where did i gave birth

That's all i remember aside from the woman who pre-screened my documents before the consul interviewed me. (And she asked me a lots of questions) :)

K-1 VISA APPLICATION

June 13, 2011 - Application send to USCIS thru Fedex

June 17, 2011 - I-129F Packet received by USCIS Signed for by: JCATES

June 22, 2011 - NOA1 (via email)

Oct. 12, 2011 - NOA2 (on USCIS website)

Nov. 28, 2011 - VISA APPROVED . Thank you Lord!!!

hi! the questions are..

1. what is the name of the father?

2. his birthday?

3. when did i gave birth?

4. when did we meet? where?

things like that. it's about you and the father of the child. good luck! =)

Yes, but also expect them to request a DNA test from the child and the father, prior to issuing the CRBA or passport.

I am thinking of 2 things right now.

 

1. How many years of income tax returns or bank statements do I need to provide. (i. e to prove residence in the USA) 

 

2. Does the embassy require any medical documentation of the pregnancy. For example doctor visit notes, ultrasound reports etc. 

 

Any asistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
