Did you send in your whole Divorce Decree

I just got my divorce decree and its 12 pages. The first page is stamped filed and on the last page the backside is stamped certified and signed by the judge. Did you mail in your whole decree (like mine 12pages)?

My divorce decree was 36 pages...and yes, I made copies of ALL pages and mailed with my CR1 packet.

I sent all the 15 pages and the back of Certification page too since the office certifie on the back of the middle page. YES you should have to send all pages and the back pages( if there is something on the back too.)

Yes, but mine was only one page long. I guess that's how they do it in Massachusetts. (Yes, this is the official decree that I got from the court's copy office by paying them $20.)

By the way, I sent a photocopy of this $20 document with the I-129F. But, I guess I should also mail the original raised seal one to my fiancee so she can bring to the interview?

Yes, my divorce degree is also 1 page from Pennsylvania. It was an uncontested divorce with no children.

if all of the pages don't have the raised seal then you may want to request a copy from the county clerk. I know there have been cases where an RFE was issued because all of the pages didn't have the seal.

Mine was 28 years ago so didn't have all mine. Hoping they will only ask for it at the interview stage. Sent for a official copy but they have to dig it out of storage

When I requested certified copies of mine, they came with the pages stapled together, and only one page had the stamp/seal/signature stating it was a certified copy. Not every page of the decree has a seal on it.

Oh and yes, I sent in a copy of the whole thing, all pages.
