Would changing the beneficiary address from one country to another country at NVC change which consulate the interview will be scheduled?

The consulate would be changed at the applicant request if he/she meets the residency requirements. That said you cant have an interview in canada if one is there visiting. Also requirements and such approvals are reviewed separetely.

- I have taken notice of the guy in the stystem even though I called some 30 plus times... Focused on the issue/information I guess -

That means if I don't request a chnage of consulate, the consulate won't change even if beneficiary changed her address to another country?

good.gif unless requested. and besides its a long drawn out process since the case will not be sent consulate to consulate.

i am going through this process .............. as i already asked this question so many times to richardo so he might remmm abt this issue............... when i filed bec we were in pakistan temporarily i mentioned my husband's pakistan address but now he is back to ireland.............. i called n email NVC ......... like richardo said ...NVC said to send them prooof of residence in ireland.............. i sent his passport with valid Visa , his registration card from ireland , his lease letter and all that proofs....... after that they email me that i need to provide benefiary's current mailing address......... i emailed again . as soon as i get response from NVC i will let u know but so far that's what i have done and above are their requirements to change the consulate.they wont change it unless u request them. change of address from one country to another u cant do it over the phone, u have to email or send all documents on their mailing address.

thanks

Richardo in my case bec the case is r ecently transferred to NVC and i only got the case no so far no other progress. do u think that changing the consulate at this point will take long time? or its gonna be a prb?

Hello my good friend. Changing consulates at THIS stage will have no burden on the case AND the process is quicker than if the case was sent to the consulate.

Responses today maybe slow and limited because I am using my cell phone.
