DS3032 before making payment

i have two Questions...

1. i have received my NVC case number and INN number yesterday.. i have not received the bill from NVC yet.. just wondering is it OK to email DS3032 before making paymnet...

2. what is the email address for DS3032

please let me know

Have to wait for payment. they are 2 different forms and it depends on which one they want you to do.

anyway, if you send things before getting receipt and instructions, they will be returned to you.

You should get the bill for the 2 payments in just a few days. this is not one of the long waits.

Be a little patient. And do not expect to get any answers from NVC. even if you call, you get operators who have no information on your case. They can only answer basic questions. this is necessary to protect the investigators and to keep your informaiton as private as they can. I know you feel like you have given your whole life's history but really only a few people are privy to see it.

You dont have to wait for payment until you send your choice of agent all you need is your case number..

Okay, call NVC and update them with the beneficiary and petitioners email address and phone number. The beneficiary can send the DS3032 email even before the payment, once NVC has the updated info. The email address, come on, nvcinquiry@state.gov Follow the rules for "Email Communication" in http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5165.html

Wait for couple of days before you get the bill and once you pay the bill, may take few days to have the status changed from "pending" to "PAID". You can utlize those few days to prepare for rest of the documents and hope by now you know what documents those could be!!!!!
