Im not sure if this is the right place for this question so please MOD'S feel free to move if need be. My Husband is an LPR we just sent out our ROC packet on June 10th. Our twin girls and myself have DSHS medical insurance i specifically did not add my husband because i was under the impression that he cannot get any assistance from the state and i assumed state insurance would be included in that, well a couple weeks ago i got a letter stating i needed to fill out the review form to see if i still qualified for the medical (my twins were still covered they needed to re-qualify me) and on the form it stated to list EVERYONE in the household even if you do NOT want coverage for them so i put my husbands information down. Well yesterday in the mail we received a DSHS card for my husband!!!! They added him to the medical coverage even though i specified for him NOT to be on there. Ok so I am freaking out because is this going to affect his immigraion? I have tried calling every number i can find to speak to someone at DSHS and all it does is tell me that all reps are busy and to try back and then the phone hangs up! I am beyond P*$$#D because they cannot even follow simple directions ON THEIR OWN FORM my husbands status could be in jeopardy!! Please can someone give me some better insight on what i should do?!!?! Thank you so much in advance for your help i hope to get a response soon

Physically go to your social services office and ask him to be removed. They haven't paid anything out for him yet, I'm sure, so it probably won't be an issue right away.
