could do yeah. Do you have a rental agreement, mortgage documents, or anything else that shows ties to Canada? If not, you *may* be denied.

I say *may* because I came down in 2003 for a few months, (had a 3 month ticket) and I had no job, no rental agreement and nothing to show ties to Canada. I'd just been laid off, and I told the border guy that I had worked for 13 years so I'm takin' a break and we're just waiting on immigration to finish our stuff. He said "have a nice visit". He was on a Halloween sugar high tho, so your mileage may vary ;)

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

I just bring your NOA2 and say that you just received Packet three and that you've come this far why would you risk it now. I never had a problem.

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)
