Im filling my wifes AOS

What name do I use on the forms G-325A and I-485 ?

Her maiden name or her married name as it appears on the marriage certificate ?

Im sure I use her married name but just making sure

If the married name is the name she want on her GC etc then her married name. Remembering to write her maiden name in the "other names used" section

if you file in the married name then you will receive your permanent resident in the married name,if you don't and you want your name changed you have to file form 1-90 and pay a fee.,so yes file the forms in your married name,
