i sent the aol bill on the 5th the same time my wife emailed the NVC with the choice of agent. I was told on the phone i was the agent and they got the email. but when i asked if the recived the aol bill she told me i only got it friday. does it take them a little longer to prosses that.

I-130 was approved in 113 days.

It can take about 3-5 business days for them to process the AOS Fee. Once they process it, they will generate the I-864 packet for you and mail you the packet in about within 3-5 business days after they generate the packet.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
