my fiance and I have gotten a notice on 6/2/2011 that the K-1 application was fwd to the New Delhi embassy from NVC. I called them and emailed them and so far they have no information. I heard from our lawyer that they should have it by now. Any insight thank you!!!!

Met 10/2009Married 9/13/2012 in indiaFiled I-130 12/4/2012Assigned MSC case # 12/6/20122/14/2013 called uscis and on 1/30/2013 case moved from MSC to Chicago local office.4/17/2013 letter from senator durbin's office that a inquiry will be made on my case and to allow 30-60 days6/7/2013 NOA2 !!!!! while I am visiting my baby!!!!7/12/2013 letter from senator and copy of USCIS email to them stated our case heading to NVC 7/23/2013 NVC # assigned!!!!!!7/25/2013 called for Invoice identification number and had them add yash's email( Yash sent DS3032 via email nex day)7/29/2013 rec'd email from NVC with DS3032 and AOS invoice, paid today $88 mailed hardcopy of DS 30328/1/2013 AOS pkg mail via fed ex8/6/2013 AOS rec'd @NVC8/12/2013 DS3032 accepted IV invoiced8/15/2013 IV fed ex'd9/9/13 dreaded checklist asking for DS260 b/c DS230 obsolete<p>9/11/13 electronic submission of DS260 accepted
9/17/2013 called NVC case was completed as of today

10/1/2013 rec'd interview letter and date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/4/2013 INTERVIEW

RESULT....APPROVED!!!

11/12/2013 email to pick up visa!!!

09/09/15-12/2016 ROC +interview= appproved in over a year

12/21/2016 fedex'd N-400 application and per fedex was rec'd

There's a tab at the top of the website that says "Embassy Info" and it has reviews other members post about each other embassy! I know nothing of New Dehli, but thought that may be a help for you and your's... read all other people's experiences, etc. :thumbs:

01/12/12: INTERVIEW KINGSTON 9:00am! **APPROVED!!!*
01/24/12: PICK UP VISA @ KINGSTON
01/26/12: POE @ ATL
02/21/12: MARRIED!!
04/17/12: Sent AOS, EAD & AP- Adjustment of status to "Conditional Permanent Resident'', Authorization to begin work, and Advance Parole (to travel outside U.S. while green card processes)
04/20/12: NOA1 I-485, I-765, I-131
05/11/12: Biometrics notice for appointment
05/23//12: Case transferred to CSC
06/08/12: Biometrics appointment
06/18/12: I-765 Approved & Green Card Production begins
06/23/12: EAD card and A.P. approval
01/05/13: I-485 APPROVAL text/email, Green card has been sent
01/11/13: Green Card arrives

09/22/14: Send in ROC for ten year green card

12/19/14: Green Card Expires, File for Removal of Conditions no earlier than 09/19/2014

I sent a few emails inquiring.

To: infousdelhi@vfshelpline.com

Subject: NVC Case Status NWD2011...

DHL shows that the visa package for case number NWD20116... for petitioner Rebecca Ann xxx and beneficiary Abu Zabed xxx was delivered on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at the embassy in New Delhi.

Can you confirm that the case has been logged?

When Abu will receive his Packet 3?

How will Packet 3 be delivered to Abu?

Dear Applicant,

As per the U.S Embassy they have sent you Packet 3 on May 11, 2011. However in case if you have not received it please go through this link and send us the scanned copy of DS-230 part 1 to us. http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/ivpacket309k1.html
