I got an email today stating that our I129-F was approved!!!!!!!!!!! I should be getting the NOA 2 by mail on Friday. I am so happy because I'm leaving to Mexico on Sunday and I will be staying there for 2 months. Thank God I it was approved before I leave to Mexico. On June 03, 11 I received an RFE and I sent it on June 06, 11...It didn't take a long time to approve the packet. Staying positive and having patience pays off. Everyday I would visualize getting approved. I would imagine how happy I would call my fiance to tell him. I have a vision board where I put all of my dreams and goals. On my vision board I wrote that my fiance would get approved in May or in June...and he did.....I come back from Mexico in August and I know that my fiance will come back home to the U.S.A with me:) I am so thankful with god. I will keep on thinking positive as this journey proceeds:)

Congratulations and have a safe trip back!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
