Do I check "Intend" or "do not intend", and if I check "Intend", what do I write below? The way I read the question, when you are paying for everything, that is not a specific contribution. Please advise.

This is what I wrote (and I am now about to get interview scheduled)

"Room, board, health care/medical and any other expense suitable to support a spouse"

I wrote "Do not Intend", on account that Iwas going to pay everything. I guess it needs to go out again.

Please read the instructions on the form:

In questions 4 and 5 and 6 you are already swearing that you will support the person (fiancee) indicated in section 3 and would be responsible if they ever became a public charge.

The instructions for Q11 are very clear also ..."Intend" means you are going to designate ONLY a "specific" and certain type of support, be it financial or other ie: "room and board".

If you check "Do Not Intend"...it does not mean you are NOT supporting the person in section 3, you've already agreed to that! It means you are not providing just a "specific" type of support (in other words your support is not limited to a specific type, it's full support).

You should check "Do not intend". I don't beleive you need to indicate N/A, Becase it's not N/A, it is Applicable whether you are providing "specific" support or not! That is what this question is asking, is your support a "specific" type...well no!...it's my full support!

Obviously, anyone looking at your I-134, since it's included in a package, knows it's for a K1 Visa...so entering that makes no sense.

IMHO
