Hi everyone,

I am currently in the process of waiting for my F4 immigration process to become current, but I am looking at possibly acquiring a job in the US. Currently I am working as a network engineer in the UK and working towards a number of certifications in the meantime to improve my current skillset and knowledge.

How difficult would it be to find work within the US at this moment in time, especially for this type of position? Also would it be a hindrance to the current case that has been already filled and in progress?

Any information would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Eric

*Edit* Apologies this was supposedto be put into the Employment Visa section*

You can try for the employment visa, most likely it would be denied.

First for an employment visa you need to find a employer and their lawyer has to file for visa.

Since you already have a petition for perm immigration your visa for based on employment would be denied, as it would be assumed you are just trying to bypass the F4 immigration process by employment visa.
