She can go home to the phils but, her K-1 visa will be void and you will have to file a new K-1 visa and start all over again since you did not marry and did not file AOS.

If she goes back, she will lose her k-1 visa. And you both will need to start the process all over again, since you guys are not married yet. You should get married and then make her apply for an AP to go back to the Philippines if you don't want to go trough the process all over again
