Beneficiary stopped working, will it be an issue for the interview?

Hi everybody,

Im working right now, but I have a feeling I'll be kicked out of my job anytime soon.

Will this be an issue due to interview?

(Iam the beneficiary, not the petitioner)

11-7-11 - Biometrics done.

Dec 11 - Received EAD, AP and AOS on mail!

Dec 11 - Name changed on SSN and BMV!

No its a non-issue for beneficiary.

Only an issue if it is the petitioner.

Left my job before my K-1 interview due to the manager.

Just make sure to have some money saved up.

Wish I had a little more saved when I moved to the USA would of helped out better.

Leaving your job before the interview shouldn't be an issue for the beneficiary unless there is some legal issue that might crop up at the interview. i.e. fired for stealing or drug use or something like that. It's probably not that uncommon for the beneficiary to quit their job or even the employer to get rid of the employee since they will be potentially leaving soon.

Now, I have another question:

DS156 - Question # 20

'Name and Address of present employer or school'

If by the time of interview Im not working anymore, and I also dont study in the moment ... can I just answer 'Not Applicable'?

What should I answer here?

Answer with whatever is correct at the time you fill out the form. if you are still employeed then, definately answer with that. If you aren't employeed then N/A is correct.
