Vaccination transcripts at the seattle Area

Hi there! I recently sent my AOS papers, and I realized that finding a decent priced civil surgeon nearby the Seattle area is almost an impossible task. After calling three different clinics with prices that ranged from 250 USD to 410 USD, I finally found a small clinic at Bellevue that was willing to do my vaccination transcription for only 90 USD.

The clinic is called American Medical Clinic, Inc. and they specialize almost only on medical examinations for immigrants. It is a small place, but the service is great. I was a little reluctant to go there as soon as I saw the place, but as soon as I entered I was greeted by the doctor's wife (who takes care of all the administrative process and is super nice) she asked me for my passport, and my vaccination records and I also gave her a copy of my marriage certificate to note my name change. She filled up the necessary forms and then the doctor checked my vaccination records, that were up to date, so he signed the papers and asked me to check my information to verify everything was correct.

However, I had gotten my a-number wrong on the form, so I pointed that out, and the doctor's wife filled another form for me. I checked the form again and when I thought that everything was correct I gave it back to her and she gave me a copy of the forms for my records and the sealed envelope I needed to send with my AOS. When I came back home I checked the copy one more time and realized that my a-number was wrong in another page (because she used the number I had written by mistake) so I called back and explained the situation and they scheduled an appointment for next day to correct the form.

Overall my experience with that clinic was really good, it wasn't horribly expensive and the service was great.
