At what stage of the process are you?

Right now the case is at NVC I got the NOA 1 AND 2 BUT NOW ITS Under AP at the NVC

We had AP at the NVC stage too: I don't know exactly what that means, but after about 5 days of being told it was in AP, the petition was sent to the embassy.

; it is basically an other security/background check. Your petition can be "on hold" at NVC in a week- 4 week timely manner.

Though, most of petitions get sent out after a couple of days.
