To avoid running a foul of the USCIS when it comes to using a visitors visa in a not approved way. You may consider when visiting your fiancee in the states to help him fill out the I-129F, and G-325A forms correctly for K1 and K3, and he can file for a K1, K3 visa, then get marryied when you enter the USA on the K1.

In any case you would have to return home and wait for K1, K3, or CR1 anyway.

If they suspect that you used a visitors visa to just visit to get married, then can deny you the correct marrage based visa when you apply for or are interview.
