I need help or advice about my son's petition. I am a Filipina who is married in the Philippines but I divorce my Filipino husband in the Philippines when I was in Canada. Then I married my American fiancee( we got married in the US), then after our marriage he petitioned me. His petition got approved and I moved to US. After I moved here in the States my American husband petitioned my son who is living in the Philippines. It got approved and my son just had his interview last June 10th at the American Embassy in Manila but he didn't get visa yet because the Consul asked for an annulment paper. My father gave them my divorce paper but they are not convince yet. They said that the case needs further administrative review...

So what to do what to do????
