Hey guys,

I know this question has been answered over and over. But I just want to check out few things since I'm getting too nervous.... I'm visiting my fiance within 2 weeks and we've only gotten the NOA1. We have been apart for 6 months.

So I'll be flying to California and flying back to Spain from Texas. I already got the return ticket so I'll show it in case they ask about it. My question is: will flying from different places in USA a problem at the POE?? My POE is Charlotte NC. Does anyone have experience at that POE? I'll be only in the USA for 3 weeks since I have to go back to work.

Also, I'll be bringing more stuff to prove I have to come back... My employer's letter expecting me to come back in the middle of June and the original NOA1. Should I bring anything else???

Thanks in advance to all of you,

yeah this topic has been done to death. 3 week visit from a vwp country national is nothing....Unless you make it look/sound like something is 'off' when you talk at the immigration desk there shouldn't be any problem. Leaving from a different place doesn't make any difference

Maybe it's just me thinking everyone gets too worked up about the VWP. I've used it 27 times in the last 5 years spending over a year and a half in the US on it. Never been asked more than..how long visit..purpose...what do u do? Never had to provide proof of anything

Thank you very much... I was freaking out... I've only been in USA 3 times and you kinda always have the same fear when you're in front of the officers. I'll try to be confident... That's all. Thank you :)

I just returned to the UK after visiting my husband in the US for a month. I had no problem at immigration, they were in fact very pleasant, and our NOA1 came back in March. I took a whole folder of 'proof' that I would be coming back to the UK but only asked me two questions at the border- how long would I be staying and the purpose of my visit. I told the truth and the officer even told me 'to enjoy my visit'. I wouldn't worry about traveling there. As long as you have proof that you're working, which you have, and a return ticket you'll be fine.
