ok so this is my story nvc recieved my petition 5/23 and i called 2 days ago and they have recieved the prper documents exept that they want more prove of my husbands employment and my lawyer is going to send them as soon as she gets the email from nvc..im affraid i wont make it to july schedule and have to wait untill agust..nvc told me they stop scheduling appoinments on the 15 of every month.so if nvc recieves the`paystubs before the 15 is there a chance i can get a july interview? also is it true that every time i cll nvc that puts a stop in my case and makes the process go slow? i feel im almost there..my case should of closed on friday but they wanted more prove of my husbands employment it sucks..i just ope i can make it to july..

Please don't listen to the operators when they say they only schedule interviews the second week of each month. It's a LIE. If you want proof, look at my own signature. I got my interview date scheduled during the FOURTH week of the month. So even if you get a case complete after the 15th, you can still get an interview scheduled. But whether or not you make it for a July interview all depends on how busy your consulate is.

And calling often doesn't negatively influence your case. It's not like the operator tells the reviewing officers to not review your case after you call each time.
