anyone with NOA2 MAy 24, 2011. have idea if NVC has our case number?

I had an NOA2 for may 26. I kept calling and received my new case number on June 9th.

same here.. I received my NOA2 May 31. I call NVC at least 3 times a day and I have also spoken to operators on two ocassions but they still have no record of my case. Per conversation with both operators it could take 9 to 15 business days for the NVC to receive our case.. then case number is generated. I have hope that this should happen this week.

02/03/2011: USPS delivery confirmation

02/08/2011: NOA1 (text message + email)

02/09/2011: Touched

05/31/2011: NOA2 text and email

06/20/2011: NVC finally received our case!!

06/24/2011: Assigned case and INN number

06/24/2011: Received AOS Bill/Instructions, and DS3032

06/26/2011: Sent Choice of Agent form via email

06/27/2011: Paid I-864 bill

06/30/2011: Mailed I-864 packet

I called on Monday June 13 around 3:00 pm and talk to someone and she stated that they had recivied on June 6 in their officie and stated it will take two weeks from that date to be entered into the system which I was kind sad about to wait again a longer period of time. So this morning I called and check the system and I recived my case number in which was entered on Monday June 13 so go figure in what they tell you I guess thier covering up for themsleves for the time to process things. I am just glad that we can move on now :dance:

Its been 2 weeks now and nothing from NVC still. :crying:

Same here Kish.. it's been 2 weeks for me too. I spoke with an operator again today and he told me it usually takes 2-4weeks (but we know that's not true!).. so let's keep calling and keep trying!! We should have some news this week.. :) Anyway, I think the hardest part is over (NOA2)
