I've been calling the closest civil surgeon to me (Manchester, NH) for a week, and they still haven't gotten back to me!!!! Does anyone have any experience with any civil surgeons in the general NH/MA/ME area? I'd be willing to drive a few hours, I just want to get the AOS packet out ASAP, and this is the last thing holding us back...

We used Healthmasters in Burlington MA.

I used them 12 years ago for complete testing and my SO used them this year for transcription only ($40).

They are very busy so I guess a lot of people choose them - you might need to wait a week or two for an appointment.

Small reception area if you have to wait a while (we waited two hours just for a transcription).

The location is an office park, which might make you think you're in the wrong place.

They get the job done.
