I am about to file vawa by myself. Can I file EAD and AOS at the same time? And Is there any link which describes the detail process for filing vawa? As I am filing by myself i am bit worried. Any sugestion from you guys will be appericated.

You can file your EAD and I-485 together with your vawa send all application to Vermont service center not the lockbox. About vawa process u can read the other forum VAWA you will get more info

thank you very much for your response.....I have one more question...i am out of status right now...if i establish a prima facia case...will i be legal unit my case is decided.

Prima Facie does not give you a legal status it only help you to get help such food stamp and etc. Unless you have a pending I-485 that will only put you in a legal status.
