It says on the I864 that you should enter you current anual income.

and that it will be compared to the poverty limit.

my question is would this number be how much i made as of today because that will be lower than the poverty level cause i have 8 more paychecks left in the year. Do i write what i think i will make in the box or what i have made as of today and if this is so what do i do to prove i will be above by the end of he year

Thanks

You should put your current annual salary as evidenced by your pay stubs. It doesn't matter what portion of that you have or have not earned this year.

Yes.

I don't know about you, but my annual salary changes as the year progresses due to salary increases. So my annual salary if you asked me on 1/1 is not the same as my annual salary if you asked me on 6/1. Put whatever your current, annual salary is. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then it probably doesn't apply to you. $22,000 should be correct.

You should annualize your income. That means calculate how much it would be for this entire year.

Your employer letter is your 'proof' that you'll still have this job for the balance of the year.
