hi guys med exam ko sa at anak ko sa jan 29 interview namin sa feb 19.tanung ko lang kasi passport ko mag expire sa june 2013 .kumuha ako nang bago pero sa feb 12 pa ma release ok lang ba kung yan lang muna ang e bigay ko sa st lukes yung mag expire sa june 2013? or kailangan 6 monthsdapat expiration?ty

Kuya azcot natanggap muna yung SSN mo diba ilang days or weeks bago mo sya na received?

medyo malayo din ako sainyo kuya mainland kayo diba hawaii kami

Nung natanggap namin yung GC nagpunta kami sa SS office then nag apply ng SSN tapos after mga 2 weeks natanggap na namin SSN musta weather dyan sa hawaii? Sa May baka pumunta kami dyan kase graduation ng pamangkin ni misis

No, expired na yang current passport mo. 6 months before the expiry dapat i-renew mo na. SLEC will not accept that because they would require a valid passport. http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#required-docs

Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information

3 pieces recent 2x2 visa photos (2 for submission to the U.S. Embassy, 1 for clinic file)

The US Embassy requires you to bring the 2x2 photos for your visa issuance. We regret not to release the medical report until such time that you can provide this requirement.

Appointment letter from the Embassy or Instruction letter from the National Visa Center (NVC), if available,

2 photocopies of your Appointment Letter/ Instruction Letter

Applicants are also required to provide the name, address and contact number of their petitioner in the U.S.A.

Hello everybody! I just want to ask some questions regarding sa article 34 of the family code? I am a Legal Permanent Resident here in USA and planning to go back to the PI to marry my fiance. We had 3 kids 2 of them kasama ko dito sa US at yung isa nasa Mommy nya, my eldest was 11 years old at 12 years na kaming nagsasama, so i know qualified ako sa article 34. My question is esp sa mga nag undergo ng art 34, kung nagkaroon ba ng problema during interview at US embassy? Or tinanggap ba ng consul yung art 34? Thanks in advance!!!

Yung article 34 ba na tinutukoy mo ay yung di na kailangan ng marriage license?

Di naman magkaka problema yan sa embassy since marriage contract nyo ang importante.

Hello mga kabayan! Kamusta kayo? Been out for few months, made myself busy para medyo makalimutan ang mahabang paghihintay. Pero i do read posts, d lang nakakareply. Im glad to hear na nagiging ok naman so far ang mga kabayan natin in getting their visas. We are still 2 months behind the VB, PD 28jan11, and hoping to get the sked by May or June. :-)

hello po sa inyo.. kamusta po kau? andito na po ako sa US.. nung JAN, 29 interview ko then dumating po visa ko nung feb.5,2013.. umalis ako nung feb.22.. goodluck po pala sa mga iinterviewin this month at yung mga pupunta dito.. lagi lang po magpray na sana mapabilis yung process.. yun po Godbless po sa inyo..

Yes, you need to bring a copy of a CEMAR:

No need for a Police Clearance kung hindi ka naman nag-stay ng more than 6 months outside your residence,...

Ask ko lang....usc yung fiancee ko..kasal din sila sa pinas nung ex wife niya..pero divorced sila sa US....ngayon mag file siya ng K1 para sakin...hindi ba magiging problema yung existing marriaage niya dto sa pinas...
