Hope this helps.

I get your views let me paste it.

Hi VJers.

I will be having my interview here in USEm Manila this coming Sep27. My wife is an LPR. We had a child an LPR too born 2006. Wife studied here in Manila after giving birth and so we got the chance to "live-in" together. We only got married last 2009 we only applied for the I-130 year 2010.

In year 2008 and 2009 respectively, I applied for Non-immigrant Visa B1-B2 and I was denied. In the application form of that Non-Immigrant Visa I was unable to declare that my child was an LPR or even a fiancee (not sure if there was an option for that too). My fear now, will the Consular Officer question me about that application I made? Will that be grounds for INA § 212(a)(6)©(i) Fraud or Misrepresentation?

Salamat Po

Any one here who's waiting for NOA 2 with the same priority date Dec 2011 ...

Don't stress yourself sa pag iisip regarding your papers.

Dadating din yang hinihintay mo.

Lahat kami, dumaan dyan, mas mahaba pa nga kesa ngayon.

Goodluck to you.

This is only my opinion.

I will based my opinion regrding sa lumang form na ginamit ko ng nag apply ako.

Goodluck kabayan and dasal dasal lang.

Opinion ko lang din ito.

Yung 2008 visa application mo officially single ka pa. So okey lang.

Good luck.
