Mga kabayan, tanong ko lang po kung ano po mangyari pag wala po yung vaccine records ng anak ko? Nabaha na po kase and yung records nya and yun po sa doctor's clinic centralized daw po kaya pag matagal na, wala na silang record. Yung pedia naman po nya nag abroad na po. May shots included po ba sa babayarang medical fee? Help po. Salamat

Hi im new here.. My husband filed our I-130 Dec 11 and until now we havent received any updates since then, most of the forums I read they received the approval of petition 3-5 months after they filed it.. Im really wishing we receive ours the soonest.

Actually that's the longest wait on the process, 5 months is a conservative estimate, most often it takes up to 6 to 8 months before you hear anything from them, The only advice I can give you is that always double check and recheck every document that you will send to NVC, delays are often caused by kulang or maling documents,... wala ka dapat ikabahala dito.

pero just to make sure, dala ka extra money o atm. mas mabuti na yung handa.

tama yung sagot sayo ni kabayan cardilene, yung sa akin, 7 months ako naghintay for my NOA2.

matagal pa naman priority date mo, so di pa time para mag worry.

punta ka sa USCIS website, mag register ka don para ma track mo kung anong date na yung ina approve nila for NOA2.

I did asked them paano po kung wala akong dalang record, the doctor said na uulitin lang ang mga vaccines na dapat ibigay sa kanila, its not a cause for delay of some sort, also, kasama na sa binayaran mo ang vaccines na ibibigay sa inyo,... Maraming salamat po. Sa 22 na po kami magpa medical since closed daw po st lukes sa monday-tuesday. Naway maging maayos po lahat. Lalo na po yung interview namin. Tanong ko lang din po kung kailangan ko din po ba dlhin birth cert ng anak po namin na us citizen na kasama po ng wife ko sa us?

Bring ALL documents, as in ALL documents na alam mong maaaring hanapin syo,...

During our time, dala ko ko rin ang diploma ko, baptismal certificate ng mga bata,

marriage certificate issued by the local cathedral, as in lahat dala ko, just be sure

na dala mo ang lahat ng naka-request sa list mo, esp yung updated NBI clearance,

yan ang parating hinahanap nila, as well as the CEMAR or CENOMAR, be sure na updated ka lahat...

Leave all electronic gadgets in your hotel room kung magho-hotel kayo, minsan nga kahit digital wristwatch

ay pinapahubad pa nila, ganun sila kaingat,...

Good luck in your interview, ang magiging dahilan lang naman ng delay sa mga ganyan ay kung kulang

ang mga papeles na dala mo, so yun nga ang tip ko syo, check, double check and recheck everything...

You don't need to register anything, you can check the current status of your case here,

it may really take a LOOOONG time, but you'll get there for sure, be thankful that your category (F2A)

is still moving forward, eventhough its slow, it is still moving forward in terms of visa bulletin,

just hang on, be patient and keep praying....
