Hello, muzta po sa lahat.

My mother is a LPR, originally from Philippines. She filed 1-130 for my youngest brother to migrate in US.

Date of birth is Dec 5, 1990 (he just turned 20 when we filed I-130, he's 21 years old now)

On Dec 10, 2010 (filed I-130)

His priority date is also Dec 2010 (sorry forgot the exact day, im at work right now).

The USCIS approve the petition on May 18, 2011.

November 17, 2011 -- Received an email from NVC, stating that "the immigration visa petition on behalf of the beneficiary is eligle for further processing at the National Visa Center." (what this e-mail means?)

My brother already file DS-230 to NVC,,, we also sent the AOS documents and paid all the required amounts for processing.

Just check the NVC case bulletin, and current priority date is feb 15, 2010, next month will be march 2010.

My question is, does my brother still qualify for the CSPA or he already aged-out for his application.

paano po nlalaman if ung visa petition is case completed sa NVC,,, do they send email that it's completed kz wala po kmi nareceive n ganon.

Welcome kabayan. Sorry to inform you na age out na siya. 21 na siya nung Dec 5 2011. Yung kasing reckoning ng minor age of 21 is when the priority date becomes current. Maging F2B na meaning its a long wait.

dumating na visa ng mag ina ko, pero may annotation yung sa anak ko.

Class A or B (TB) Req. ATTN of USPHS at POE?

nag posiitve kasi sya sa TST, pero ok naman x-ray nya.

tanong ko sa mga POE ay LAX na same case sa akin, ano po advise sa inyo ng immig officer at ano test pinagawa sa anak nyo ng USPHS?

May ganyan ding remarks yung VISA ko, kasi I underwent sputum exam dun sa St. Lukes sa medical ko, kaso 2 months na kami dito sa Aug 3, up to now hinde pa ko nakakareceive ng call or any mail from Public Health Center.

Mga kabayan na nag sputum sa St. Lukes, ilang weeks or months before you received call from Public Health Center, I still haven't got a notice up to now, what will I do?

Yung anak ko nman ay di nag undergo ng sputum since clear ang x-ray nya.

Yan ba sabi sayo ng immig officer sa POE na yung piblic health ang kokontak sayo at di tayo?

yup, wala naman sasabihin sa yo ang Immigration sa POE mo, before ang process ay bibigyan ka ng yellow form pagdating sa POE and nakalagay dun to contact Public Health Center. Pero recently based sa mga nag undergo din ng sputum, they did not get any form from POE but instead they receive call from Public Health Center.

Wala po pinadala sa lawyer. Actually di nga alm ng lawyer na nag request kmi to ecpedite and di din nya alam na granted yung request. Tingin nyo po sir ma sked n kmi agad ng interview?

oo, ma sched na kayo for interview, since pinadala na yung file nyo sa us embassy manila.

di ako familiar sa expedite request, pero just to make sure, tawagan mo us embassy o nvc para malaman mo next step.

try mo track yung dhl, meron procedure dito sa visa journey kung pano ma track yung docs mo.

i think under sya ng NVC forum.
