Kabayan Azcot, ulitin ko lang yung proseso sa visa allocation. Kahit magemail ka araw araw mula 2nd week to 3rd week of the month ay palagi na lang ganyan ang sagot sa yo. Ang allocation kasi ginagawa lang sa 4th week of the month at ang mga advice or letter of interview ay ini issue on the first week of the succeeding month.

Ngayun balikan natin yung case mo. Case complete ka nung mga 2nd week ng April 2012. Base sa info ko sa NVC ang processing time is at least 6 weeks. So idagdag mo yung 6 weeks sa 2nd week of April, so maging end of the month of May 2012 na. Malamang dika umabot sa cut off sa pagbibigay nila ng visa during the 4th week of May 2012. So hintayin mo ulit yung visa allocation period na 4th week of June 2012. The best time to email NVC is from June 29 to July 3. Kung wala ka pa schedule for interview after your email sa timeframe na binigay ko ay saka ka na kabahan at pagusapan ninyo ng lawyer ninyo.

sir try to call them NVC and tell them that you are already current...because if you are already documentarily qualified then there is no reason for them on not giving an IL. what i had read in a us embassy website, if you are Doc. Qualified you have 1-3 months for you to wait the IL, and in case you haven't receive yet you should advice NVC so that they will update your case...don't hesitate to call. that is your rights.

I agree. Although his PD is 2006 he was documentarily qualified or case complete only on April 2012. So his interview advice is not yet overdue as 3 months hasn't gone by.

Maraming maraming salamat po sir Sirach. Nagtataka lang po kase kani bakit sagit ng NVC awaiting the availability of a visa number samantalang nung tumawag si misis sabi pag earlier than the cut off date date yung priority date, may available na visa number.

Is your PD March 2011 or 2010? Either one you can always email them. NVC wont tell you if your case is complete unless you ask them. Case complete record is significant.
