hello mga kabayan...ano ano po ba dapat ang mga ihahandang mga requirements for interview...yun po bang AOS na finilup-an ng sponsor ,kailangan po ba updated din o yung IRS lang ang hahanapin...ang alam ko po kasi kailangan ihanda ang updated (NBI,cemar,photos,IRS). pero yung AOS forms at DS230 1&2 kailangan din po ba bago din o ok na yung nai-submit sa NVC last june 2011? hindi pa po ako naka schedule for interview pero naghahanda lang kung sakali...

Ano po yung Income tax transcript? May joint sponsor po kami yung mother in law ko po. Kailangan din po submit nun ang joint sponsor? Maramig salamat po sir.

Yung transcript ay mangaling sa Internal Revenue Service na patunay na nagfile ang asawa mo at mother in law mo ng tax return ng 2011 at para maupdate yung nafile sa NVC kasama ng AOS. Dito sa America kasi yung income tax return wala mga pirma ang iba. huwag mong isubmit Ito kundi hahanapin sa interview mo.

Tama si Art lalo na yung NBI clearance diyan matagal kunin yung Iba sabi mahigit 1 month.

Good for you and good luck for your husband. So waiting time is only 2 yrs or even earlier unlike before it used to be 3 to 4 years. Just pray that there is no more retrogression.

thanks my friend...april26 2010 pd ko...sana nga po bumilis namam at maabot yung up to 2.5 months na prediction ng nvc.. pero ok narin ito kahit papano at least 6 weeks...sobra lang kasi mahirap mawalay sa wife at kids ng matagal. nsira kasi mga plano nung nag current na last 2010 at nagretrogress 2011...anyway,ito na yung pinakahihintay ko. kaya i'm making sure that evrything should be in order to avoid any delays...good luck to all of us...august or september, i'm right here waiting for you.

hi everyone, anxiety is killing us, hehe, wala pa po kasi kami natatanggap na NOA1, nag send po ng i-130 wife ko nung May 28, 2012 until now wala parin po kaming natatanggap na NOA1. kumpleto naman po requirements namin. ano po kaya possible na problem dun? thanks.
