As u know 21 yrs old ang qualified sa f2a unmarried child category but this is the cspa age. Simply lang pagdetermine:

Pag naging current yung pd nya, lock up na age nya dito. minus mo ngayun kung gano katagal na approve yung I 130 nya sa uscis.

After subtracting, the answer is her cspa age.

May I ask Kung gano katagal naaprove yung I 130 Nya?

So October VB is officially out. Current PD is 08Jan09. They might be trying to used the visa numbers wisely, para wala ng retrogression na mangyari ulit.

Kasi katapusan at umpisa ng fiscal years. Keep praying.
