Pasencya na sir Sirach if dami king tanong.

IR petition doesn't support derivative. pero mabilis compare it to f2a sa length of waiting...at ang isa pa ay if ever na may mangyari sa principal applicant ay hindi narin matutuloy ang application ng derivative compare sa hiwalay na case number na sya ang principal applicant at kapag naging us citizen ang petitioner ay upgrading na lang ang kailangang gawin...pero sa kaso natin masmaganda na iisa ang case number para sabay sabay ma approve. bastat nasama at bayad sila sa IV fees ay no more worries. noon kasi masyado din ako worried kung ano gagawin, pero sa tulong ng internet i never stop searching hanggang maintindihan ko ang pagkakaiba ng hiwalay sa hindi and i found out and made my decision to choose the unseparated case number for my son...madadala naman nya agad anak namin kung halimbawang my mangyari sa akin kasi derivative nya and our son was stated as follow to join derivative doon sa papers nya...kaya hindi rin problema...basta ang masasabi ko ay YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING. disregard your child's case number and keep focusing for your upcoming visa interview.as i have said you are already nearby finish line...sana nakatulong ito sayo...waiting narin kasi ako.and i'm hoping for my pd to become current in 2-3 months more.

Anong gagawin namin? Pls HELP po! Case complete na po yung supposedly case namin bakit biglang may ibang case# yung anak namin? Tulong pls!

Nilagay ko details of our payments. This is part of NVC's reply:

"The NVC is aware that the petitioner filed separate petitions for the petitioner's spouse and children. As the petitioner is a Legal Permanent Resident of the United States, it is acceptable and preferred by the Department of State to process all information regarding the children on the spouse's petition.

Please be advised that the NVC will continue to hold the children's petitions on file."

So i guess po ok lang as long as you keep records of your payment at nainform naman na sila. I guess alam rin nila yun.

Hope this helps.

God bless us all.

Tama yung lawyer mo.disregard that. nag file kayo ng separate petition for your daughter kaya nagkaroon siya ng sarling case number. Why do I know? Dahil yan ang ginawa namin dati. Nag file ang husband ko ng I130 for each one of us (wife, and 2 kids). Last May 22, we had our interview. We passed. Now, we are waiting for our visa to arrive.

Congrats Kabayan!

Kababayan pa man din natin yung lawyer namin. PD namin is October 27, 2006 pa.

But after 2 weeks dumating na lang without us going to apply sa SS. I guess the Immigration Office acted on her DS 230 request where I checked the option that the Immigration Office will apply for her.

In your kid's case I think better apply sa SS office. Meron mga sub branches near your locality. I google mo na lang. Bring her original Passport and Immigrant Visa.
