How will I know if my PD is current?My PD is October 2010.My case has been completed April 2012 accdg.to NVC.

this is strange.

tawagan nyo na sir sirach yung uscis para malaman yung status ng card.

normally, 1-3 weeks lang natatanggap na yung GC.

pinakamahaba na yung 1 month.

sa akin dati, nauna dumating green card bago yung welcome letter, hehehe.

Dumating na green card ng anak ko, Ganda bagong design na. 3 notices dumating yung panghuli kasabay na yung GC. Thanks the Lord, tapos na rin ang hirap.

Mga kabayan, may tanong lang po ako, naging case complete kami april 9,2012, as per nvc, pd namin is 2006, question po is kailangan ba namin ulit hintauin maging current yung pd namin before kami mabigyan ng interciew date? Salamat po

ano po category nyo? if F2a, current na. so you can call nvc na and ask if forwarded na sa us embassy dito sa manila. they will give u interview sked. how come ngaun pa lang na complete case mo?

Nope, your PD is already current. You can email or call NVC to follow up your case now.

F2a po. Napabayaan po ng lawyer yung case namin. Kung hindi pa tumawag yung wife ko to ff up the case di namin malalaman na may visa# available na daw. Buti umabot pa kami at naihabol. Hindi din kse na update ng lawyer yung bagong address ng wife ko kaya hindi nya natanggap yung sulat ng nvc.

Baka NASA US Embassy sa Pinas na mga papers ninyo. Before the end of the month kasi nagrerelease ng visa numbers at gumagawa ng letters for interview between 27th to 30th. So tumawag ka uli sa 28th. Everyday ka na tumawag sa NVC by then.

Mga 6 weeks kasi ang process after case comPlete dahil sa pagforward ng documents sa consular offices so Hindi umabot sa end of April young case mo.

I am quite sure me interview advice na kayo this month

Sana nga kabayan manigyan na kami ng interview schedule. Tumawag wife ko kanina sa nvc kaso sabi nasa kanila pa yung papers namin. Bakit kaya hindi pa nila forward sa USEM? Hindi na ba tlaga nmin kailangan hintayin maging current ulit yung case namin? Affected ba kmi ng retrogression?

hello po.. bago lang po ako dito.. f2a po ako.. my pd is september 3 2010.. hndi po b tapos na po yung jan2010-aug2010.. kasi nabasa ko po yung previous bulletin.. nuon december2010 ang nsa vb is aug2010.. akala ko hndi n babalik ng jan2010 ngaun upcoming month kasi tpos n po.. la lang po.. napnsin ko lang kasi..

Welcome kabayan. Ang tawag dito ay retrogression ng Prority Dates. Umatras ng mahigit 2 taon diko na matandaan. Kaya yung mga priority dates mula 2008 hangang August 2010 ay umulit. Pero yung 2006 PD Gaya ni azcot ay hindi naapektuhan. Nadelay Lang submission ng papers niya. Gaya ngayun ang PD yata is Feb 2010 so lahat ng PD before this date are current or on process na.

ah ok po.. thanks po..dba po pag naipasa na lahat ng requirments sa nvc interview na lang po aantayin? hindi po ba maaapektuhan yung age ko po.. kasi mg21 na po ako sa september..

Tumawag ka o magemail ka sa NVC. Tanong mo kong case complete ka na. Kung yes, ok ka na at na lock na yung age mo as minor at Hindi ka na maoverage. Yes interview na Lang hintayin mo.

Mga kabayan, HELP! Nakatanggap mg email wife ko from NVC na kailangan daw magnayad ng AOS and IV fee para sa daughter namin. Nung nagbayad kami, 2 IV fee binayaran namin isa para sakin (principal applicant) and yung isa para sa daughter ko (minor child). Isang MNL case and Invoice# lang kami ng daughter ko. Pero nakatanggap ng email wife ko indicating a different MNL case and Invoice# para sa daughter namin. Anong gagawin namin? Pls HELP po! Case complete na po yung supposedly case namin bakit biglang may ibang case# yung anak namin? Tulong pls!
