My husband already submitted the I-864 and NVC asked the DS-230 form and other documents.Sa po ipapadala ang DS-230 forms at civil documents?

Nasa Document Cover Sheet ng IV fee bill yung address.

Ito yung pdf file na may barcode ng NVC case no. nang beneficiary.

hello everyone... gusto ko lang i-confirm tungkol dito sa NSO...may nabalitaan kasi ako na nag e-expire na daw yung mga documents tulad ng B.C.,ang hahanapin ba pagdating sa interview ay puro bagong kuha? sa pagkakaalam ko po kasi ay pwede kahit yung luma basta galing NSO...pls help

In my experience sir, nuong interview namin ng mga anak ko,

Hindi nga hinanap sa akin ang mga yan, whether BC, MC na NSO,

The Filipina screener just updated our age duon sa DS230,

Nilagyan nga lang nya correction tape at pinasulatan sa akin ng mga bagong age namin,

Then she asked us to sign all the documents duon sa part 2 ng DS230...

Or sadyang natapat lang kami sa mabait na Pinay screener at American consul,...

Sapat na sa USEM ang mga nakasubmit na NSO documents namin,

Yung mga unang NSO docs na ipinadala namin sa NVC nuon,...

But like the instruction duon sa appointment letter, nakagayak din lahat ng NSO docs ko kung hahanapan ako ulit,

NSO BC, MC ay walang expiration yan, ang alam kong may expiration ay ang CENOMAR or CEMAR,

So be sure to have an updated copy of that, as well as the NBi clearance...

thank you so much! nai prepare ko na yung AOS namin ni tatang ko, tapos wait ko lang yung DS 230 from my husband at ready na to mali sa NVC by next week siguro hopefully...(",)

mga kabayan, me tanong ako, pwede ba na eterminate or ewithdraw na kahit na sinong tao, basta alam lang lahat ang details tungkol sa case ng isang US petition like F2A category, na aprove na sa USCIS at pinaprocess na ng NVC, kunwari nagpapanggap na principal petitioner gumamit ng e-mail add gumawa ng letter request for termination at pinadala sa NVC, Pra eterminate, in short sabotage, pwede ba yon mga kabayan.

I doubt kabayan. Malaking pagkakasala ang fraud dito sa US. Kung me evidence ka isumbong mo sa Dept of State.

The consular officer reviewing your non-immigrant visa application will require strong evidence that you are not intending to immigrate at this time and that you are returning to the Philippines after your planned and temporary visit to the United States.

This is not to discourage si kabayan Ibana. But I would say that your chances may not be as high as those from other countries where immigration applicantions are not high. Medyo Hindi maganda ang record ng Pinas dahil sa overstaying sa US ng mga ilang kababayan natin.

If you will read around the forum,

You will see that most delays are caused by not securing and presenting of CENOMAR or CEMAR,

It is different from the NSO issued marriage certificate, before then, I was also adamant of obtaining a CENOMAR ~ CEMAR,

But I had to give in and decided to get one, I'd rather have one, than wala,... Baka kung kailan ko kailanganin, saka ako walang dala,...

And to my surprise, hinanap nga sa akin,... So better come prepared sir,...

It is different from the NSO issued marriage certificate, before then, I was also adamant of obtaining a CENOMAR ~ CEMAR,

But I had to give in and decided to get one, I'd rather have one, than wala,... Baka kung kailan ko kailanganin, saka ako walang dala,...
