***lawyer din kabayan ang nagpadala ng AOS. Nakapag fillup na din ng I-864A yung mother in law ko. $68,000/yr salary nya. bale declared as dependent nya yung wife and son ko sa income tax nya. Part time lang kse work ng wife ko kasi walang magbabantay sa bunso namin.

Payong kaibigan lang kabayan, bago kayo pumunta sa lawyer nyo, basahin mo na in advance yung mga requirements ng NVC.

Most likely, natanggap na din ng NVC yung Visa application form since natanggap na nila yung AOS nyo.

As for the AOS, ang sinubmit nyo sa NVC ay I-864 ng wife mo at I-864A ng mother in law mo, right?

Kung ito ginawa nyo, I don't think na may problem sa AOS nyo.

Best way is to call NVC or let your lawyer call them para malaman kung san naging problema.

Baka may konting technicalities lang na nakita sa pag filled up ng AOS.

Meron na de deny ng visa dahil sa fraudulent documents pero Kung faithful naman ang lahat na documents, yes formality na Lang. Kaya marami nabibigyan ng 221g for further document verification Gaya ng anak ko. Naquestion yung birth certificate kaya pinakuha ako ng mga natal documents from the hospital. Ok na siya.

Kaya ulitin natin sa mga kabayan natin na huwag magpalusot ng mga documents dahil it will result to lifetime visa ban.

Ang maganda sa communication na Ito ay ibig sabihin on process na kayo at Hindi na kayo natechnical sa I year period to obtain visa.

Idagdag ko Lang sa advice ni kapatid ekto. Yung kasing AoS ay per household yun or same address. Kung yung asawa mo ay nakatira sa mother in law mo itotal mo yung income nila. Next step ay itotal mo yung number of occupants sa bahay na yun plus yourselves. Ito ang icompare sa income poverty table. Kung meron pa nakatira na iba sa bahay at meron din income gawin mo rin sponsor. Kung ibang bahay ang mother in law mo ganito rin procedure except na ibaiba Lang mga forms.

Yung mga sinasubmit na documents ay dapat palaging meron kayo copya para Kung uulit kayo ng pagsubmit meron kayo cocopyahin. Lalo na ang AOS mabusisi.

Hmmm, this is sounds strange kabayan...i think your sis-in-law mo na lang mag email sa NVC and provide them her email add para mas klaro. pwede ba namang ma-withdraw yong case kung hindi mismo ang petitioner o ang benificiary mismo ang mag-request?

actually ung gumawa ng email add. ung atty. un din ung line ng communication between the lawyer and the NVC, and bnigay din smin ng lawyer email add. so alam nmin kng ano ung mga reply ng NVC, sounds strange Tlga, actually ang mother nla ung nag petition, before ang tumulong sa mother nla pra mkapunta sa U.S. ung half sister nila, un din ang tmulong pra mag file ng petitin sa asawa ko at sa sister nya, pero now they are not in good faith, meron cla problema na hanggang ngyn dpa naresolve, pati ung mother nla na nsa U.S. hndi rin cla in good faith, so may galit sa knila, actually nag try cla mkipag communicate ds year lng kc magpapatulong sna, kya lng ayaw tlga. so alam nya na about sa petition na current na, kya lng ayaw tlga tumulong me galit tlga, so ang duda nmin ung half sister nya ung nag email sa NVC knwari e withdraw or terminate ung petition, kc sxa lng ang me alm about sa petition case ng sister nya.
