Ako po yung BENEFICIARY at anak ko po. Yung Petitioner po eh asawa ko. Yung household members po eh yung mother-in-law at father-in-law ko po.

Nakakuha nanaman po kmi ng checklist for my mother-in-law and father-in-law stating this:

-A photocopy of the principal applicant's I-864A is required for each accompanying dependent listed in Part 3 of the I-864 and Part 2 of the I-864A. Copies of supporting documents are not required for accompanying dependents.

I know is too much to ask pero pakitulungan po kmi... Thanks

Ang naka petition ay ikaw at isang anak mo lang, right?

Kung yan ang situation, ang pagkaka intindi ko sa letter ay kailangan i submit mo ang photocopy ng I-864A na galing sa father at mother in law mo.

Yung I-864 ba, di ka pina submit ng photocopy? Ang alam ko kasi kaialangan may photocopy ka din.

Yung lahat kasi ng original ( I-864 at I-864A ) ay copy for Principal beneficiary at lahat ng photocopy ay copy ng Derivative beneficiary which is yung anak mo nga.

Note: Wag mo nga pala kakalimutan yung cover sheet pag sinubmit mo yang RFE.

congratulations kabayan ang galing naman.. under f2a ka din ba? ang galing naman.. sana maging ok din pag kami na... ang tagal pa nun.. mga 1 year plus plus pa... sino kaya dec 2010 dito.. ano kaya sa tingin niyo.. kailan kaya tayo magiging current no? do you have any idea?

Libangin mo lang sarili mo, para di ka mainip sa paghihintay.

Mas maganda nga yung situation nating mga F2A, may time tayo maka ipon at maka establish ng buhay natin dito.

By the time na makarating na sila dito, masusuportahan na natin sila ng maayos.

Usually and conservatively speaking, ang usad ng priority date ng F2A ay 1:1.

Meaning every month na labas ng Visa Bulletin, 1 month din ang usad ng F2A.

Pero during last quarter ng fiscal year ( July-Sept) Visa Bulletin, don sya umuusad ng 2-3 months.

We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents, including the missing items to the Consular at the visa interview.

You will be notified when an interview has been set. Do not contact post regarding your interview date until you have been notified.

Correct. Sa beneficiary mo papadala yung docs in time for their interview.

Dadalhin nila yung docs sa embassy during their scheduled interview.

Di pa sir nai interview ang mag ina ko.

Inabutan kasi ng retrogression yung priority date nila.

Di ka pwede i sched for interview pag hindi current ang PD mo.

Feb 2010 pa ang PD nila. Medyo malapit na maging current.

Kami kabayan naghihintay pa ng update sa NVC. 20 days daw kse to review the documents na pinadala namin. sana wala maging problema at sana mabigyan agad kami ng interview date.

hello mga kabayan! been out for quite sometimes. update regarding my case: as of march 20, 2012 NVC sent me AOS and COA.

ok lang ba na magsend ng COA thru email na hindi ung form na pinadala nila? i mean, parang email lng na declaring ung magiging choice of agent namin?

Once na ok na lahat ng papers nyo at current ang PD mo, i sched ka na kagad for interview ng NVC.

Usually, last week ng current month o first week ng susunod na month sila nagbibigay ng interview sched.
