though I already renewed our NBI clearance, just in case hanapan kami ng bago,

will just have to bring a copy or 2 upon interview.

Gusto ko nga ding malaman kung ano pa mga kailangan kong igayak,..

in me now are these:

NBI Clearances,

NSO Birth certificates for me and our 2 kids,

NSO marriage certificate,

Local Church Marriage Certificate,

All of which are submitted already sa NVC and has been documentarily approved na,

we're just waiting for the VB to be current para masched na ng interview,

wonder kung ano pa kailangan natin na docs,...

Hintayen ninyo na dumating yung schedule for interview na sulat, meron dun mga documents na dapat dalhin, pero kunti na lang.

Pag dumating na letter, magpamedical na sa SLEC, meron naman dito sa forum kung paano ito. For the interview ito normally mga kailangan.

Latest IRS ng sponsors. Magpakuha na kayo kung malapit na interview. Madali lang thru internet. ( paste ko later yung email address ng IRS)

Yung medical ay pinapadala na ng SLEC sa embassy kasama yung sinubmit na pictures

Yung NBI at police clearance, kung magexpire na kumuha na lang ng bago para sigurado. Pakicheck nga kasi alam ko 6 months lang ang validity nung time ko.

Ang mahigpit ngayun sa Interview ay ang pre screening, talagang binubusisi ang documents to prove na yung petitioner ay asawa mo o magulang. As back up magdala ng at least anim na pictures na kasama sila. Mga sulat galing america na nakaaddress sa applicant o kaya mga recibo na pinapadala na pera.

hello weng2930... kabayan anu po sa tingin nyo yung sitwasyon ko..kinakabahan po kasi ako..sana ay masagot ninyo..

Kung not below the poverty line naman yong isang sponsor mo ok na cguro yon just pray nlng dn na magkawork isang sponsor mo bago pa dumating priority date mo.

their PD is at April 16-19, 2009, seems the latest VB would be around

April 28 or May 1, 2009,...

Hello magenjoy ka na mamasyal habang me panahon ka pa bago Magkaroon ng trabaho hehe. mga 6 weeks hintayen yung green card pero Kung me SSS number ka na puede na magapply. Meron ka na alien number na natangap sa immigration diba? Yun ang green card number mo. Umpisahan mo na maghanap

Just stay cool kabayan. If you think that you complied with all requirements accurately, completely and updated documents then nothing to worry about. Lalo na wala ka yata anak na kasama. Si Babystef na kasama dito went through a breeze, me anak pa na kasama. Just remember to bring back up documents that you are the wife/husband like pictures together as during your wedding, letters, etc. Kailan interview mo? Good luck!

my interview is on dec 8 na kabayan, supposedly dec. 28 pero nag pa expedite ang wife ko sa embassy kasi shes 8 mos. preggy right now and shes due nxt month for our first baby.
