Student Visa siya nung andito sa US.Pero tanong ko lang, bat hindi ka nagaaply ng Adjustment of Status?

Hello countrymen. just wanted to join this forum :) im a wife of an LPR. pd sep 2010. long way to go :( i was already in US when i met my husband, decided to go back coz at that time mabilis na lang processing ng F2A. We were expecting to be back together in a matter of months. then in january 2011 big retrogression happened. saklap :(

Welcome dito kabayan.

Buti at di ka nag overstay dito sa US.

Di ka makakabalik ng 10 years pag nag overstay ka.

I should say na ok yung ginawa mo at hinintay mo na lang sa pinas yung pag process ng papers mo.

Mabilis na naman ang panahon. Pareho tayo 2010 ang PD.

long time no hear from u! musta na? any updates?

im good - sensya havent been visiting the site for quite sometime... - my husband adviced me not to get involve masyado kasi lalong bumabagal ang time - pag araw araw akong nag VJ - i usually visits the site on the 2nd week of the month kung san - they started to give out the PD's and soo hopeful for a great leap - but to my surprise it slows down to 1 month per month - when will dec 2010 be... i really wanna cry - we are all soo helpless - why is it that we cant apply for a tourist visa when our spousal f2a is still on the process..?

Jan-12,2011- received NOA1 (receipt no.)

May 12,2011 - received NOA2 (USCIS approval)

NVC (National Visa Center)Journey

May 25,2011 - sent email to NVC for Case Number

June 2,2011 - replied email - containing CASE NUMBER -

(starts with MNL.......)

june 16,2011 - receive the hard copy (stating the same message in the email) for case number

Nov. 18,2011 - receive AOS and COA via email

Nov. 19, 2011 - payed 88 dollars

Dec. 7, 2011 - AIVF received

Feb. 8, 2012 - Payed 404

Feb 17, 2012 - received cover letter

Feb 19, 2012 - Sent ds230 part 1 and 11, and supporting docs

Feb 22, 2012- received by NVC

Mar 4, 2012 - send and RFE then send them

Apr 1, 2012 - CASE COMPLETE!

aus lang p0 kaya un?.. apelido ng partner ko gamit ng baby ko?.. bka p0 maging prob. namin p0 un sa interview?..anu p0 sa tingin nyo?.. :unsure:

SA tingin ko ay di naman magkaka problema.

As long na naka lista sa birth certificate nya na ikaw ang ina, walang magiging problema.

Yun din alam ko kaya bumalik yung anak ko sa pinas. Bat yung grupo natin sa kabila nagaaply sila kaya ako nagtataka. Anyway right move din anak ko siguro

Tama nga sir yung ginawa ng anak nyo.

Konting tiis na lang naman at makakabalik na sya ulit dito.

Wala pa bang balita regarding sa visa nya?

Dian ako bilib sayo bro, very patient ka di Gaya sa kabila gusto mga iba e current agad PD nila. Alam naman natin na normal Lang yung 3 to 4 yrs talaga paghintay ng f2a.

Alex medyo kabado ako sa lagay mo. Magdala ka ng supporting papers and pictures mo. Like yung picture mo nung buntis ka, records nung nanganak ka at post natal records. Sa tingin ko yung pangalan ng bata ang dapat mong paghandaan din. Sana Mali kutob ko, wish you luck.
