Usually in 3days time anjan na ung visa, minsan tumatagal lang like ung kay babystef, nasa 2GO na pla. Ung mga tumatagal, dpat i-follow up. Ung iba naman, like ung nabanggit mo, I think under AP/AR (administrative processing/review) sya. But still, dpat lagi nya i-follow up. Bka anjan na, d lang nya alam.

D ko sure. Pero based sa mga nabasa ko from other threads here, may mga cases na nalalagay under AP/AR pero sooner they still receive their visas, napapatagal nga lang. You may try to search topics about it here.

But like wat I have said, these are just based on the readings I have made. Bka mali ako, and I am willing to stand corrected if ever.

Guys - Finally, i have an opportunity again to process my immigrant visa. :-) My biological dad have a pending petition in USCIS for the past year 1999. The lawyer told us the reason why it wad not yet been process to NVC because there's already another petition that was already been process in the past year 1996. We're just awaiting the submission of the docs from US Embassy to USCIS. There's a possible chance to replace the petitioner from stepmom-to-biological father or just wait the 1999 priority date the year the petition has been filed,,, which means another 1 1/2 year of waiting... Lapit narin since FB-1 PD is already Feb, 1997. :-)

lang ang input ng prescreener. so better be prepared this

time. noong ako wala na tanong yung prescreener basta

kuha nung 2 days old anak ko.

Hanapin ko mamaya yung no.
