thanks, no visa available pa din weekly akong tumatawag sa nvc to follow up my case..still waiting n waiting....hope augost vb will move at least 5 months

As of now, ung nakita ko na nakakuha ng interview july08 PD. So more likely ang VB AUG ay pinakamababa na ung july08. Few hours to go for the next VB. Hoping for miracles! :innocent:

Summary of the August 2011 Visa Bulletin – Family-Based (FB)

Below is a summary of the August 2011 Visa Bulletin with respect to family-based petitions:

FB1 remains unchanged across all regions at May 1, 2004 for ROW, China and India, at March 8, 1993 for Mexico and at April 15, 1996 for Philippines.

FB2A moves forward by four (4) months to July 22, 2008 for ROW, China, India, and Philippines. FB2A Mexico moves forward by four and a half (4.5) months to June 1, 2008. :wow:

FB2B ROW, China and India remains unchanged at July 1, 2003. FB2B Mexico moves forward by only one (1) week to October 1, 1992. FB2B Philippines moves forward by two (2) months to December 1, 2000.

June 2,2011 - replied email - containing CASE NUMBER -

(starts with MNL.......)

june 16,2011 - receive the hard copy (stating the same message in the email) for case number

Nov. 18,2011 - receive AOS and COA via email

Nov. 19, 2011 - payed 88 dollars

Dec. 7, 2011 - AIVF received

Feb. 8, 2012 - Payed 404

Feb 17, 2012 - received cover letter

Feb 19, 2012 - Sent ds230 part 1 and 11, and supporting docs

Feb 22, 2012- received by NVC

Mar 4, 2012 - send and RFE then send them

Apr 1, 2012 - CASE COMPLETE!

Then the long wait starts here : PRIORITY DATE: Dec. 30,2010

This could give us hope. In one thread i read, that someone with a PD of 11/10 got his case completed 7 weeks ago. Now he is waiting for an interview (PD needs to be current of course). http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/312961-nvc/page__st__135

oo nga current na sya and kung di lang sa sputum exam na yan sa st' lukes interview ko na sana sa aug 23..but that is life..ika nga nila. patience is a virtue..
