May question pala ako.. Meron kasi akong anak na 22 years old na hindi naman kasama.. My question is kukunin paba ang birth ceritificate niya? the reason why i ask this meron kasi inconsistency sa bc niya... Siguro case to case basis... Interview ko na kasi next week.. Hope everything goes well.. FB-1 ako unmarried son/daughter of us citizens 21yrs and above.. :-)

Appreciate your immeidiate responses...

Thanks and more power Fil-Ams!

Hello hotgunn,

if ever na i petition mo na sya, wala ka na kaba with regards to his/her document.

good luck sa interview.

Thanks Bro! Hope for the best na lang next week... Btw we also have a house in San Pedro Laguna in Chrysanthenum Village.. We are selling it na rin for 1.8M... :-)

yes alex ako yun... naghahanap ako ng kasagutan.. hehehe

Hello hotgun,

Ito yung period na processing sa USCIS or from submission of your I-130 hangang na approve.

Sayang baka me paraan pa mahabol yung anak mo.

Hi Sirach - Thanks for your response! Btw saan forum sya?
