Oo, fill up an mo din yung part II.

Thank you. Eto po kasi yung nabasa ko.. Dito rin po sa VisaJourney - "Time Savers for NVC, plus Knowing your Case #" page 21.

If you are going through Standard NVC Processing the only thing you will have to include beyond the DS-230 Part I and the cover sheet is a simple (i.e., not notarized) photocopy of the biographical information page from your spouse's passport. If you are going through Appointment Post NVC Processing country, you will need to include not only the DS-230 Part I and a photocopy of the biographical information page from the passport, but also a filled out but unsigned DS-230 Part II and the other documents indicated in the Appointment Post NVC Processing Instructions discussed above. Send all of these things to the NVC address listed on the barcoded DS-230 cover sheet.

hi..im just new here in this forum. almost 2yrs na kami ng mga kids ko d2 sa US. And i am waiting for him to send me the copy of our marriage certificate fr the City Hall kasi civil lang nman yung kasal nmin..sa april 16th pa cya pinababalik para makuha ito..my question is, is it ok na yun ang i-send ko together with the I-130..coz after 6 mos pa daw po ang copy fr NSO..at kailangan ko na din bang palitan ang last name ko using mg husband's last name when i fill out the form..i really appreciate if u could give help me..thanks and happy easter...

hi. nabasa ko itong case mo and we are the same...wife ko ang petitioner and i'm now waiting for my case o become current. in my case since hindi pa napalitan ng wife ko ang name nya sa passport,GC, and other documents with her maiden name in used but her status was included married na, we decided na wag muna magpalit kasi she needs a lot of procedures before she can file a petition for me. passport&GC must have always the same data. so i think it is better to keep her name first then change everything at the time of renewing all her document so that to make sure we are NOT going to face more conflicts...para makuha ng husband mo yung MC nyo kaagad, try to ask lang sa local civil registral kung saan kayo kinasal...kung may pwedeng maglakad sa loob, siguradng meron then go and pay them pero pag wala sabihin nyo kayo na mag endorse...mail sa lbc nyo yung endorsement sa nso...sa amin kasi 3 weeks lang may result na from nso...ang nabasa ko naman about I-130 petition ay original copy from nso OR certified true copy ang valid...pero mas pinili naming nso copy lahat ang i-submit...madali lang ang magpalit ng pangalan as long as mapalitan mo yung passport mo sunod ang green card bsta mag prepare lang ng maraming copies ng marriage certificates.karamihan sa mga kilala at nakausap ko with the same situations, they made the changes of their names after the husband finished his visa journey...

Gud Day sa inyong lahat! Hingi lang sana ako ng tulong about submitting the AOS. My wife is the Petitioner and I am the principal applicant. Naipadala na namin yung I-864 ng wife ko together with the I-864 of my brother as joint sponsor.

Ngayon nakareceive ako ng email from NVC at naka detail naman dun yung kulang na documents for my wife and my brother.

From NVC:

A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form and supporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information in your response or you have not responded to some questions.

Please pay specific attention to the questions marked in the attached I-864/A checklist. You will need to complete and submit a new form with the changes noted on the attached checklist.

You will need to follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support (I-864) that are posted on the Department of State website at the following address:

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov. From there, you can fill out a new form online, print the new completed form and mail it to NVC. If you are the Petitioner, please read all instructions and complete the correct form to submit to NVC. An Affidavit of Support form is required to be submitted from the Petitioner on each case regardless of his/her income level.

Welcome kabayan.

Hope these help, kabayan.
