We went through AP as well.. once the documents expire you need to get new ones.. its sux but thats the system... Look at it from the bright side.. the waiting without end has ended.. they are asking for these things because they are ready to issue the visa.. be prepared for them to possibly as for an updated financial support doc... I864?

You do what they asked of you, and wait for the interview date.

That's what you do.

I'm very surprised, that after 1 year, 'they' not also ask for new I-864.

The only suggestion is: get the revised documents and follow their instructions. What else could you do? tell them that you're pissed off?

we had our family interview in us embassy islamabad on 29th APril 2010 since then were under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

AFTER A YEAR OF WAITING NOW WE HAVE A CALL FROm embassy for revised medical and police certificate and ds230,AND PASSPORTS...WT is next any help would be nice AND IS THIS THE END,,.,.,,. WE'RE PISSED OFF

You should be happy not pissed off! They need the updated documents for the visa well I guess you don't have to get them and just forget about immigrating to the greatest nation on earth!

Just get your documents together and as someone said, the financial documents might be the next thing they ask for so have them ready. DS230 and passports means the end of the road. Don't get mad, get a VISA. Enjoy the time you have left with your family or friends there, and then go pick up the VISA and join your family here.
