Update on all october 2010 filer

how come?? if we are same category? im ahead of u in 14days.. my pD is oct 1, 2010. CATEGORY OF f2a. i got approvAL on march9 AND i rcveD my case number on march24/28. THEN thats it... no notification from nvc. AND I CALLED, EMAILED NVC TO FOLLOW UP. TO KNOW THE UPDATES ON OUR CASE... THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT THE VISA BECOMES AVAILBLE. N PD TO BE CURRENT.. SO WE WILL CALL/ NOTIFY U AS SOON AS YOUR PD IS CURRENT..

I called the NVC and they told me once you paid the AOS fee and IV processing fee you have to go to the NVC website and follow the instructions, it's mean maybe a visa bulletin will move faster for next few months ,and they told me we asked for documents because we don't know about the trend of visa bulletin in the future let's hope for the best

did they tell u to pay the aos?? cos we are same actegory. ur f2a, right?? how come that u already, if the visa is not availble.. and thats the poerator told me.. just wait whe the visa availble they will notify me for the instructions to pay aos n submit requirements / documents,,,

yes, I'm f2a ,my case is approved on march 2011 and on April 2011 they send to my husband an email to pay AOS ,and on may 2011 they asked for IV processing fee , and after that we didn't here anything from NVC, and I see some people with PD OCT 2010 there case completed, and when i talked to NVC they told me to submit the documents ,

you have to call NVC and talk to someone about your case

According to DoS/NVC statement if applicant PD will be current in next 9 months NVC will start sending DS 3032/AOS fee bill. Just wait for 3 weeks you will receive AOS fee bill.

I called NVC and the operator said your case is completed. Just wait the visa available!!! Yey!
