i already emailed the nvc about they said the 6 to 8weeks, i didnt ask about that coa... =( confusing...!

I am a November 2010 filer under F3 category interviewed march 15 2011 until now no GC yet because of the visa retrogression.

hi, everyone i'm new here, my PD is oct 15 2010 in f2a category and my husband paid AOS fee and the IV processing fee on may 2010 and we didn't recieve anything from NVC until now .my quastion is should we send the form of AOS and other documents they need or we have to wait anotification form NVC

i called nvc today to follow up my case.. the guy said ´il do request ur update just wait by 10-15days..

cos that what happened is they sent letter thru email bout nvc case number. and wait 6 to 8 weeks for the instructions. the 6-8 weks from march is done..

This is very good news for PD2010, I think by December 2011, DOS will start working on PD2010 cases....Lets makes BIG pray!!!!

how come?? if we are same category? im ahead of u in 14days.. my pD is oct 1, 2010. CATEGORY OF f2a. i got approvAL on march9 AND i rcveD my case number on march24/28. THEN thats it... no notification from nvc. AND I CALLED, EMAILED NVC TO FOLLOW UP. TO KNOW THE UPDATES ON OUR CASE... THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT THE VISA BECOMES AVAILBLE. N PD TO BE CURRENT.. SO WE WILL CALL/ NOTIFY U AS SOON AS YOUR PD IS CURRENT..
