calling all october 2010 filer to pls update us with your case, is there anyone received any update from NVC?

May 12 2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)
May 23 2011 - NVC case # Assigned
Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received
Nov 18 2011 - Sent COA
Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee
Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA

I am an October filer with Vermont but I have yet to receive my NOA2, so I cannot do any updates

yep after 8 months.. that's kinda sad. When can the petitioner apply for US Citizenship.. if eligible.

September is the 90 day mark

ok so it would be about Jan 2012 when the process is completed/case could be upgraded if there are no hold ups with the citizenship process.

I also filed in Nov and PD date is 23 Nov 2010..But not approval yet from Vermont..

vermont didnt approve a november files yet if you are f2a

this month

they approved only september files just be patient

good luck

seems like vermount center is the problem its only a 5 months from california center

vermont is slowly than california

the process take 6 months and 20 days
