MEDICAL EXAMINATION

I have receives the hard copy of the notification :dance:and we are happy about it, it took so long before it finally came. My question is

do I need to have an appointment at SLMC for my medical examination or I can just walk in? What are the documents that i may need?

The medical examination at st lukes is just walk in basis.

bring the following:

1) Passport and a photocopy

2) hard copy of your NOA 2

3) NVC letter indicating the MNL case number

4) Eligibility letter

5) two 2x2 photo of you

6) black ballpen

7) a bottle of water (incase you get thirsty from going up and down in the building)

however you can still have ur medical without the eiligibility letter from the US embassy, just bring a copy of ur NOA2 and the MNL case number

well i am agree with the above user,s statement that you not need any big medical they will only look you that you are better for this work but the necessary things which are needed to you are

Yes, what they said are all correct. Anyway, I'm just wondering.. you said you received a hard copy of the 'notification'. Is that the appointment letter and instruction package? I got mine through email from NVC. Should I expect a hard copy too? or if you did electronic processing, you won't get a hard copy?

I am also wondering about that hard copy of "notification" you mentioned. Is that from USCIS stating your case has been approved? Or from NVC with the MNL case number?

Anyway, above poster is right.

don't get confused its from the NVC with the MNL case number. It is also a notification of my eligibility for an interview.

BTW they don't sent packet anymore

A scan copy of your NOA2 plus the MNL case# are sufficient enough.
