The problem is I actually just got Laid off these days. I already applied the umeployment. So I dont have employment letter. Is that fine. I have Co-sponser. He was the guy who sponser me to come to USA before. Is that fine?

So, between now and interview day, IF you get a job, make new I-864 set, give it to your wife to give to GUZ IV on document intake day at the Consulate IV, include employment letter, recent pay stubs, for THEN.

With a co-sponser, regardless, I think you'll be ok on the $$ side.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

if you have tax transcripts, not need w-2.

GUZ IV wants to see 3 years of tax data, so 2010,2009,2008.

no, usually the IV fee bill is available to be paid after the DS-3032 has been added to the casefile. If it's not available to be paid yet (no link, no clicky thing) then just relax a bit. It takes some time for the DS-3032 to be added to the casefile. Usually 1 to 3 days after it's added, the IV fee bill shows up as 'available to be paid' on the online web portal (link works, clicky thing works) . It's definately not tied in to AOS packet/payment status, at all.

For EP, is no 'order' for which document set to send in, first( AOS vs IV), but send in the AOS via email when you are ready. Most people send in the AOS packet first, because they can't get to the IV first - it's 'process sensitive' whilst the AOS is usually available to be paid immediately.

How's it coming on the scanning? you get a scanner? Did your wife fill out the GUZ IV Packet 3 supplemental form yet? Suggest you email one to her, soonish.

recheck the wiki page, it's there.

or view http://travel.state.gov/pdf/pk3_supplements/GUZ-SUP-MULT-0004-0904.pdf

it's submitted with the DS-230, which you should be reviewing so you can help her fill it out.

that form is emailed with the IV / DS-230 packet, later.

(uhm, all forms are emailed, la)

GUZ IV Packet 3 Supplemental is really nasty, stupid form. Must print it out, fill it out by hand, scan in to pdf format, attach to email set.

This thread is probably the longest one I ever see. And Darnell is great patient and kind enough to all questions.

Chris, you claim your poor English but all of your writing is well-done. So please study the process first http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_5162.html and then make questions, instead of taking Darnell as a "handy attorney".

However, this thread will have use to more than only Chris. Others (like myself) who plan to use this process in the future will benefit by it. Also, when the WIKI is updated, this thread will show the updater which parts of the process need clarification.

re: IV fee bill - wait another week to 10 days - IV fee bill will show up to be paid after the DS-3032 is added to the casefile, within a few days of it being added to the casefile. That's the only dependency.

But, maybe it's a browser problem? Get on a PC running winders with IE 8 web browser (minimum) and then have another look ? OR do a hard refresh on your browser, just to be certain.

How's the scanning coming along ?

You can help your wife fill out the DS-230, as well - this is a great time for her to scan in her white books and ds-230, she can email those to you.
