yer missing this one: 'Packet 4 Received :'

which, for an EP casetype, is

the date you received the appointment letter via email.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Will I know the decision right after the interview?

Yes

How long I can have visa in hand normally>]

Any expedite service?

Any stuff I need to bring to interview beside the needed documents that show on P4?

Thank you so much

Passports can be mailed back via EMS.

Any additional items you want to bring besides the required documents would be any relationship evidence that you acquired since filing the petition.

Sorry to hear that, Chris.

You need to immediately act and try to let the case stay at Guangzhou Consulate, and see if you can get them to re-consider. Also immediately contact your Congressman for help. Do whatever you can to turn things around.

How could they claim the photos are faked? Maybe the problem is with your financial situation. They probably think you don't have enough income but some how manage to make too many trips to China? What is your situation? Have you submitted enough supporting documents during the NVC stage? Photos and all that.

The thing is How I can get contact with Guangzhou Emabassy and Congress man....I dont even know what to do right now.

House of Representatives, on the upper right corner of the page, enter your zipcode, that will give you the name of your Representative in the House, go to that person's page and look up how to contact them

Senate, on the upper right corner of the page, click the drop down menu, click on the state you live in, and then click go. You will then be shown the two Senators for your state. Just like the page of your Representative, the pages of your Senators will have contact information.

Hi Everyone:

Complaint and Sad are not Helping me!

I would like to let ask for you guys help!

My question is: I would like to know How I can file a argument for the denial before the Case send back to USCIS, How I can make the VO reconsider his decision!

Is that I am going to File I-290B and send to guangzhou but not USCIS?

What should I do to keep the case review in Guangzhou!

Thank you so so much!!!

Look at things objectively. No one can over-turn immigration laws. I think the biggest obstacle in your case is probably financial sponsorship. Appeal all you can but most likely you will have to re-apply and do a better job of collecting evidence this time. Mean while, try to find a job and acquire the level of income to meet the requirement yourself, without relying on a co-sponsor. That's way much more important than getting your wife a green card. It is your life to live and you have to earn your own livelihood to live happily, whoever you marry. You want to have a family then you must be ready to support a family. It might not be a bad idea to wait a bit longer for reunion while you find a job and get your life in proper order.

Still do NOT ignore or give up on the appeal, even if you count on the re-submitted application. If you don't appeal then their reason could become a hard fact finding and it could become a reason to bar your wife on future applications. It is very important that you do NOT accept their conclusion by remaining silent to their visa denial.
